You can get a lot of work done in 30 mins. This is an example of what I might do, depending on what my goals were. In this workout, I mainly wanted to hit the big muscles while throwing in some explosive power movements. Depending on my goal for the workout, I might focus more on joint and tissue tolerance, endurance, power, strength, stabilization, etc. And I might focus movements in different planes (sagittal, frontal, rotational) etc. It can get quite nuanced.
