We are cleaning off a little spot in the tank because we noticed a slight increase in our PI count. When we see a small spike or increase, I'm not suggesting our milk is poor quality. The bar for milk quality is set SO high, that even these 'spikes' are well within our quality milk standards. Our PI count is simply monitored very closely so
