Good morning! Let’s make a Vietnamese coffee! This coffee is probably one of my favs to make especially when I need some extra OOMF in my drink. It’s strong, perfectly sweet and honestly ADDICTIVE. Check your local Asian / Vietnamese grocery store for the phin first, but you can find it on am/zn if you can’t find one locally. I’m so excited to show you what I’m making tomorrow for our meal! Rolled sugar cookies: cream together 4 sticks unsalted butter with 1 1/2 c sugar and 1/2 c powdered sugar for 5 minutes. Add 2 large eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp almond extract, stir in 6 cups all purpose flour, 1 tsp salt and 2 T cornstarch. Divide into 3/4 discs, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for an hour or a few days. Roll out and cut into shapes, bake at 350 until edges are crisp.
